Questions
What can it standardize?
Anything you can describe for an AI column transform — for example “make every website a bare domain” or “use two-letter country codes”. You review the proposed changes before they’re applied.
How does it find duplicates?
Highlight Duplicates marks repeated values in the columns you choose, ignoring case and extra spaces. Near-matches with different punctuation (“ACME, Inc.” vs “Acme Inc”) aren’t caught automatically. It never deletes anything.
Is my CRM data uploaded?
No — the whole clean-up runs on your Mac; nothing is sent to a cloud service.
Can it re-import for me?
It prepares a clean sheet for you to re-import. It can also create records that are missing from Salesforce or HubSpot, but it doesn’t edit existing ones.
