How accurate are the emails?
Each address is checked by your verifier provider and marked valid, invalid, catch-all or unknown, so you can filter to just the valid ones.
Which email providers does it use?
You bring your own API keys for the email-finder providers you prefer; Octopi can try several in a waterfall until it finds a confident match.
Does it verify addresses?
Yes, with a verifier key (ZeroBounce, NeverBounce or MillionVerifier). Each address gets a status: valid, invalid, catch-all or unknown.
Is my list kept private?
Yes. Your list stays on your Mac and Octopi never sees it; lookups go directly from your Mac to your providers, and your API keys are stored locally.
Can it do a whole list at once?
Yes. Octopi works down the list row by row and shows progress, so you can run a long list and export the results.
